"I worked for Avanade for one year and was able to learn c# and began to learn how to speak in front of a client no matter what the situation. I was able to learn that working in a team means to sacrifice job responsibilities in order to get the project task at hand done. This mean taking on roles that have nothing to do with development and pursuing how to excel at those roles."

"I have worked with Avanade for 7 months and it is an excellent place to work. The resources are plentiful and the compensation is great as well. However, bench management could be better. Having people on the bench for 6+ months is not an effective strategy for any company. All in all a great company to work for if you have experience. Very smart people and strong tech culture."
