"As a QA specialist at our esteemed organization, I feel compelled to bring to your attention the significant challenges we face due to the weak leadership displayed by our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and the subpar quality code produced by our software engineers. Additionally, I would like to highlight the overwhelming burden I face as a result of an excessive number of tickets that require thorough checking, many of which are expected to be completed within unreasonably short timeframes. First and foremost, I must express my concerns regarding our CTO's inability to provide effective guidance and oversight. Their lack of technical expertise and hands-on involvement in critical decision-making processes has resulted in a haphazard development environment. The absence of a clear vision and a well-defined strategy has cascaded down to the software engineers, who are left to their own devices, resulting in poor quality code. The quality of code produced by our software engineers has been consistently below par. Numerous instances of inadequate documentation, insufficient error handling, and improper implementation of best practices have been observed. Such code quality issues directly impact the functionality, stability, and maintainability of our software products. As a QA specialist, it is disheartening to repeatedly discover critical bugs and performance issues that should have been addressed during the development process. Moreover, I find myself overburdened by the sheer number of tickets that require thorough checking within unrealistic timeframes. The influx of new features, bug reports, and enhancements has created an unmanageable workload, leaving little time for comprehensive testing. The pressure to deliver results quickly compromises the quality of my work, and it becomes increasingly difficult to ensure that all aspects of the software are thoroughly tested and verified."

"As a QA specialist at an online car broker, I am facing significant challenges due to the difficult process of multiple tickets with errors from our software developers. The errors can range from simple bugs to more complex issues that require significant amounts of time and effort to resolve. Furthermore, despite my efforts to report these issues to our CTO, they have been unable to unload the workflow and provide the necessary resources to address the underlying problems. This lack of support has led to a lot of frustration and wasted time, as I am forced to constantly deal with the same issues instead of focusing on new projects and improvements. The result of this situation is that our customers are experiencing issues with our platform, which reflects poorly on our company's reputation. It is disappointing that our CTO is not able to recognize the importance of addressing these issues and providing the necessary resources to ensure the quality of our platform. Overall, I hope that our company will take the necessary steps to address these issues and provide the necessary support to QA specialists like myself, so that we can improve the quality of our platform and provide a better experience for our customers."
