"I worked with great people and had opportunities to manage large operations where I was able to improve service, save money, develop people and most importantly work with non-profit organizations."

"This is a great company to work for and they have a good business model."

What don't you like about working at Nationwide Insurance?

"As I reduced the size and expense of my operations, we ended up out-sourcing the remainder of my operations. This led to me getting further away from my strengths and desires of managing and developing people."

"STOP! Interview someplace else. It's not worth it."

What don't you like about working at Bank of America?

"ZERO training. ZERO job growth opportunities. Extremely low employee satisfaction."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop moving positions to India. All that does is help take needed technical jobs away from Americans. When all the tech jobs disappear, the USA will be a service industry company. Can you say, Would you like fries with that?"

"The lack of senior management commitment to addressing real issues. Was ok to just be busy....not really fix the problems."
