"A behemoth of a corporation whose culture is more concerned with the paper trail than doing any actual work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Systems, processes, and tools need to support a developer doing their job. If they don't then it becomes a battle to get any work done, and quality suffers."

"There is little in the way of career growth and they are under standard compensation."

"For freshers, prepare well for the Aptitude, C programming and be confident. Just the basic things."

"The allocation of resources to various streams was completely random, not based on interest and proficiency of the employee."

"To allocate freshers into streams after knowing their interests and inquire about any previous understanding about various software skills."
