"I love the opportunity to work with the entire team of department employees from the front line supervisor to the floor employees. The ability to form a team with great ideas and see the employees who are on the production line take ownership of a new idea or program and just to watch it develop and spread is very satisfying. All positions have a positive and a negative being able to learn from both builds and develops individuals. There is not one point I hate about the position."
"I can not say too much about the negative side of the position only it can take a toll when you are trying to monitor and correct peoples actions when the workforce wants to work in an unsafe manner and you have to try to explain how their actions could result in an injury and directly effect other people and the sustainability of the company."
"I would have loved my job if I would have had support from management and corporate. My boss just made my job harder while he sat back and literally did NOTHING."
"I have no hate for any of the responsibilities that I have. I love working in this type of environment, I love talking to subcontractors and making a schedule for them to follow and have them stick to it. I love solving problems that come up with the engineers and managers"

"I would recommend looking elsewhere and only take a position there unless absolutely necessary"

"no trust, no support, degrading manager, incompetent subordinates, unpleasant work enviormen"

"When a manger brings an issue to upper management, it should be talked about with the employee"

"Work hard, be a part of a team, an asset, have pride in everything you do, because your every action and encounter makes a difference."

"Really nothing. I miss being a viable asset to the company"

"Customer focus is critical for company success. I was highly valued as an employee of Lennar, they were family."
