"Limited opportunity for advancement, bureaucratic culture, dysfunctional information technology organization, opportunities for development are often more aspirational than practically available."

"Develop culture of promoting from within, culture of developing staff skills and making educational opportunities readily available."

"The work environment was almost ideal; a little rushed at times, but all worked together as a team"

"Gallery was hit pretty hard by the recession, so there isn't a lot of monetary gain to be had there"

"Difficult to say; they just need to find a more effective way to market their product"
What do you like about working at University of Miami?
"The office I work in is recognized as being at the top of our niche area within higher education. It makes coming to work exciting as we continue working hard as a department to stay at the top."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"My biggest recommendation is to do your homework. Also, be up for a challenge. If you are not challenged within your own department you will definitely be challenged during collaborative efforts. Politics, just like any other school, is prominent. Be willing to understand how this affects our work, especially when dealing with students who are extremely smart and demanding."
What don't you like about working at University of Miami?
"I believe the biggest challenge working at the University and moving to MiamI is the fast-paced environment. The culture in MiamI and at UM can be competitive and if you do not have a thick skin or the ability to adapt you will be left behind. The culture of the city is if you can cut it move out of the way."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"At this moment there is not much that I would change. We have one of the best college president's in the nation. Through her leadership we have seen an unprecedented climb within the Princeton Review's top 50 schools in the nation. In the past three years we have climb from 48 to 37 and are now recognized as the top institution in the state of Florida over UF and FSU."
What do you like about working at Wesleyan University?
"There is nothing that I like about Wesleyan right now."

"Make sure the path of advancement is well laid out before you start."
What don't you like about working at Wesleyan University?
"We have not had a raise in five years and they are adding new responsibilities everyday."

"I would better define a strategic plan of action for our department."

"Trinity University is a good employer with great benefits and support."

"I do not support some of the values that my employer embraces."

"give consistent programs and products and keep reputation clean and clear"

"Most people are nice, and my department is rather family-oriented."

"Be ready to plan and know how to work your connections."
What don't you like about working at Southern Methodist University?
"Everyone needs to plan things so far in advance, and that is not my style. It's stiffling. Also, there are trust issues in my department and some integrity issues."

"I'd quit asking everyone to donate money. Also, I would ease up on the uber-planning and let people be a little more relaxed."

"Providing childcare at Fort Carson for soldiers' families allows me to do my part in supporting our soldiers and giving back for their sacrifice."

"Be honest and straight with your answers. Be true to yourself in all answers."

"I love everything I do, there is just no upward movement at this time on post."
