"What I liked working as an architect and project manager at my last job was the opportunity to work in a wide variety of projects, enjoying a great freedom, conceiving the generating ideas, thanks to having won the confidence of my superiors. I really enjoyed designing projects from the beginning and I felt very satisfied at the end of the work process when the result of the buildings corresponded with my initial ideas."

"It's a culture thing, you either fit it or you don't. Don't be bummed if it isn't for you."

"The constant change. But I guess that has to be expected in a tech company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Celebrate with us more often. We have been jumping hurdles for a while. Bring back the holiday parties."
