"Dont. Its degrading to yourself. I literally quit there to work at McDonalds. At least there I feel as though I have value"

"Dirty restrooms. No TP. Rude supervisors. Owner is rude and inconsiderate. Dont try to have a family. They wont care if your needed by your children"

"Respect and listening go a long way. You are not above anyone. Stop acting as though you are."

"Yes, and it is a tip that has only two words: RUN AWAY."

"Rude, demeaning supervisors and the harassing nature of the job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Learn people skills. I understand that this is an up and coming business, but the power hungry attitude does nothing to improve employee morale, especially when constant implications are made about certain employees' intelligence levels. Oh, and another thing Customer service, my foot. We were paid to harass people with phone calls."
