"Amtrak is a great company undergoing many changes and challenges. Once these changes are fully implemented we will see great strides in improving the quality of transportation and safety. Amtrak needs new blood to revitalize its operations; if old timers can change that is just as good. It is hard to teach an old timer new tricks, but it is possible."
