Salary is decent, but brace yourself for a High Deductible Health Plan - HDCP. $8000 deductible for family plans, which if you have kids means you can subtract $8k from your salary. The deductible goes up every year.There are NO incentives -- no bonuses, stock, or profit sharing.IT is not valued. Just save money -- don't add value."
