"Be open and honest, yet firm with the time committment you can make after hours and then stand by that."

What don't you like about working at AmHeart Hospice?

"Inconsistent enforcement of basic nursing care to some employees. On call was mandatory and frequent, taking away from family time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Enforce standards of care for all patients to all employees, nurses and cnas alike. A team approach between the rns and cnas would greatly benefit the patiens and their families."

"My patients, their families and the facilities I work at along with a couple of my CNA co-workers"

What don't you like about working at AmHeart Hospice?

"It's a very unstable working environment at the present time with inconsistent immediate management - upper management has all changed recently for the 2nd time in 7 months and is to early to tell if they will be able to save the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Equal treatment of all employees, communication. Upper managment needs to be more involved as to why and what has happened to the company in the last 7 months"
