What do you like about working at American General?

"Working in a small market, it was very easy to develop great relationships with my co-workers because the market was not large enough to demand the multi-task, always on-the-go attitude that most major business markets have. I still have many relationships with the former staff as we have all moved on to bigger and better career oppportunites."

What don't you like about working at American General?

"Salary, being in a small business market, it was difficult to generate the revenue to handle the demands in salary to all employees. The market is an under-paid market for the duties required of most marketing professionals."
