"I worked for AMC for about 4 years. We, as a team, created a family culture that made work more fun. Everyone working at AMC was very close, but also gave one another the amount of respect that each individual deserved. We made sure that every shift was a team effort, not an individual. We also had compensation incentives for top sales performers and other achievements. Overall, AMC was a great place to work while I was in high school."
