"I've worked at alliantgroup for almost 6 years and I have learned so much about myself personally and professionally. I started out right out of college and didn't know what to expect except for what my parents told me about their working experiences in their lives. I was pleasantly surprised that my experience was so refreshingly different. There are no big I's and little You's here; I have a voice and they expect me to use it to speak up in meetings and to contribute what I know and what I think. I really like the people here that I work with; everyone is always there to help me and show me better ways of doing things. I've made friends quickly here. I'd highly recommend it to my closest friends. I can't see myself working anywhere else."

"I think it is fair to say that this place isn't for everyone. If you're just looking to clock in and clock out 9 to 5 and just have a job then you're just not going to be happy here. But if you want to grow as a professional, have a real career and advanced quickly and you're willing to put in the effort then you absolutely will be recognized. When I joined I was just doing a task but I wanted more and I spoke to alliantgroup CEO personally about what I was looking for in a career and he has bent over backwards to help me get there. That just isn't something you would get at any other company and I'm grateful for it."

"I have been working for alliantgroup for 1 year after graduating from college. It’s a great company to work for upon graduating."

"This place is toxic. If you are not in the "Bro Group" you will not advance. It is highly competitive in an unhealthy way. Management does not care about the employees. They take advantage of recent grads looking for work experience."

"I have worked at Alliantgroup for one year. The mission of the company is very easy to get behind and makes you feel like the work you are doing is extremely impactful. The benefits are good and the people, for the most part, are friendly and nice. However, there are aspects of the culture that make it difficult to work there. Your work performance is not valued as highly as your loyalty, devotion and adoration of the company. There is little respect for your life outside of your work and there is a strong push from management to stay after hours (sometimes until midnight) and treat your job as your life. There are few opportunities for employees to move up without compromising their personal life and values for the job. Many employees there are unhappy, making the energy and workplace environment negative and toxic."

"Oh lord where do I start. I was there for a long time and not once was I “happy”. I didn’t get my first raise until I was a year and a half in. They didn’t even notice, I setup the meeting and got one. Leaving at 6:30 pm (when your hours are done) is not a option. They get mad at you for not leaving past 7:00pm. During tax season and not during. I’m sorry but that’s freaking ridiculous! Not everyone there hates going home to their husband, wife or family. I guess some of the upper management does. They also LOVE to hire people fresh out of college because they don’t know any better. The ONLY and I mean ONLY reason there are a couple of 5 star reviews is because upper management make their employees write them when they get a raise or promoted. Now that’s just sad. Free soda and lunch…. SOO COOL. I rather go home on my lunch break than eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner with you people. They only reason they bring in free lunch is so you can’t leave the freaking office. Don’t you get it… they want you to live there! This place is falling apart fast and I will not say I’m sorry about that. If you are still there just “dealing” with it and saying to yourself it’s a job no one said it was easy. Please read all the negative reviews and take them seriously. It’s only going to get worse for you. If you are dreaming about having a family soon then you better wake up… because at alliantgroup it will not happen."

"The place is a sweatshop. The hours you have to be at the office are 9-6:30, minimum, but then you have to be available by phone and email around the clock. Including the weekends. It will feel like you work with workplace arsonists because as soon as you leave something urgent will come up and the stress they've manufactured will pressure you to deal with it. Don't waste your time and energy. There is zero work/life balance and they don't pay enough for all the drama."
