"Alcon is one Company where you cant grow up financially,since the President has not considered any yearly salary increase to the staff even during good times."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It is difficult to give advise to Management now since they are more money consious at the present stage,also 80% of staff have left to Greener pastures"
