"A very strong entrepreneur attitude, strong in customer satisfaction and growing the business fast and aggressively. Met many good and hard working people there."

"The company has grown very fast and is at a breaking point about establishing structures. Corporate management is still not at the point to see the benefits of structured quality management and prefers quick fixes (bandaids) on problems instead of working towards sustainable solutions."
