"it's a little bit disorganized, there isn't a Team/Family feeling there, some think they are better than others and have no problem acting or talking about it."

"Management is losing flexibility and there is an excessive egalitarianism that fails to recognize and reward achievement."

"1. Be as concerned with the morale of the achievers as much as for the non-achievers; 2. All else being equal, consider personal circumstances in deciding HR issues; 3. Provide non-financial giveback when economic conditions necessitate pay/benefit cuts and increases in workload."
