"AES was an excellent company to work for. They took very good care of their employees and provided them with the proper tools and equipment which we needed to get the jobs done in a timely manor. Aes put safety first which I believe is the most important of all. When an employee feels safe they are comfortable and believe in the work place, which makes it easier to get the jobs done. It was an awesome work environment, open door policy, and anyone could call a work stop."
