"A lot of the people that I worked with at United Technologies/Chemical Systems Division in South San Jose and a lot of our test equipment wound up at Aerojet after it shut down. For the first time in a long time I felt at home with people I had worked with for many years and projects I had worked on from there conception."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be careful, because they may only hiring to show work force strength to try to win a contract. You may be back out on the street if they don't get it."

What don't you like about working at Aerojet?

"Being laid off due to a reduction in work force, after being there only 3 months. It was a real disappointment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire me back. As you know by my reviews, I am a great worker. It's hard to find some one eager and competent with over 30 years experience in rocket test. Just ask Patricio Sarcida."
