"The company has tremendous potential based on the infrastructure and transparency as well as willingness to make employees aware of all cost-benefit analysis on a semi-annual basis (monthly). However, upon further examination very lucrative and attractive sign-on bonuses are offered to attract and lead potential employees with its own setbacks. High turnover employment rates and companies need and want to grow showed odd consequences such as high amounts of PTO accrued but not paid out if the company terminated employees before the one year period, which most likely was how huge bonuses could be dispersed, so if you’re ok with all your colleagues or some new guy cashing in on your hard work and hours of paid time off when this company fires you unexpectedly it’s a great place to work."
