"I don't like that there are too many Chief's and not enough Indians. It becomes difficult to be productive while reporting the same thing 10 different way to as many different managers."

"I think the re-organization will benefit them well, but only if they have the managers manage, rather than report. For a faith based organization, there seems to be an enormous amount of favoritism."
