"Opportunities were not as forthcoming as originally communicated. company direction was hindered due to multiple unaligned leadership agendas. Good company but was a victim of internal leadership alignment."

"Multiple unaligned leadership agendas and multiple changes in direction and fire drills where areas that hindered our ability to impact financial results positively and caused a lot of wasted time and effort."

"I would ensure all senior leadership were on the same track, was often frustrating have to work towards and navigate through several different agendas."
