"Corporate in Conyers, Ga is a pleasure to work with. Unless you will be running the Cochran facility, I would pass on this opportunity."

"Very closed niche group. New management members tend not to fit in easily with the southern culture of Cochran, Ga. Noticed this with 4 out of 4 new management members. Reorganization of management team to different facilities will help improving this."

"Management is firmly entrenched in their traditional methodology. This prevented new ideals and concepts from being investigated. Corporate concepts were understood but not embraced by the local management team."
