"They have a great culture, the people are friendly, and they work on AAA titles"

What don't you like about working at Activision?

"The across-the-board team crunches. It has the effect of making individuals not really care about getting their work done in a timely fashion. EG: Who cares I'm going to be here for 12 hours anyway. I'll do it later.. This phenomenon is NOT isolated to Activision so please do not consider this a personal attack. Many companies do this."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Concentrate more on scheduling. I wouldn't mind on that part of the project. Also, avoid any 11th hour design changes."
