"Activision has a good culture, the teams get along and work together well. However IMO women producers are far and few in between with no EP positions. The recent remodel of open work area is not optimal for game development and publishing work. Also there seem to be a lot of upper management, and sometimes there are too many cooks in the kitchen."

"They have a great culture, the people are friendly, and they work on AAA titles"

What don't you like about working at Activision?

"The across-the-board team crunches. It has the effect of making individuals not really care about getting their work done in a timely fashion. EG: Who cares I'm going to be here for 12 hours anyway. I'll do it later.. This phenomenon is NOT isolated to Activision so please do not consider this a personal attack. Many companies do this."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Concentrate more on scheduling. I wouldn't mind on that part of the project. Also, avoid any 11th hour design changes."
