"There are many good employees with excellent working ethics. I work with senior and mid-level managers all the time. They give me respect and help to manage change as needed."

"The company policy of keeping the current ERP system, as the vendor is reducing a lot of support every year, since they developed newer product. The company is hesitant for another implementation and thus there is not enough challenge in my job."

"Look for more opportunities for business process improvements and agree to look for better technology to help the business thrive."
