"To bring in additional management to help augmemt the company's growth initiatives and have the experience to put practices into place to help them grow."

"Bring in some talented folks and listen to them."

"The Chicago office headquarters seem to have more commaraderie and team spirit. The people seemed very nice and the senior management seems to be much more active and accessible there."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you are creatively inclined you will not be happy here. But if you just want a decent gig with a nice company that pays well, and you don't really give a sh*t about who you work with, you will fit right in."
What don't you like about working at Acquity Group?
"Complete lack of commaraderie. Total lack of interest in fellow employees. No team spirit or cohesion. No team leadership from those supposedly in charge."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Reconsider your upper mgmt. of the West Coast. You have lost your best people from the L.A. office (and probably from Irvine as well). But you probably don't recognize this as you have other decent employees who have stayed on. However, they are not your highest achievers or the people that could have really made the L.A. office something special. They are gone and I see frustration in the eyes and words of the interesting employees that have remained or the smarter new hires."
