"Their reduction of the work force, which lead to many layoffs."

"They should have freeze in hiring and less reduction in lay off."

"Not really, like I said it is a great company, and definitely one that you would be proud to work for."

"The work load. Many people felt they could just sit around and let everyone else pick up the slack."

"Monitor everyone's work. Weed out the slackers when necessary to prevent disputes."

"It was challenging. They were behind in closing the company books. I got them caught up and set up the next quarterly audit."

"After I had left (maybe 1 or 2 years) the owners went there sepearte ways."
What don't you like about working at Paul Davril?
"Nothing. It was an excellent company to work for. They accually asked me to come back and become controller. But I declined. Had started a new company that needed me."

"I had no sugguestions. They were great people to work for."

"By far the worse company I have worked with. Extremely unprofessional and hostile work enviroment! No benefits and employees are taken advantage of. Management is verbally abusive and owner is racist!"

"Find another opportunity! This would be a waste of your time and will not help you develop."
What don't you like about working at American Paper & Plastics?
"Work enviroment is unprofessional, stressful and hostile. Dysfunction starts at the top with the owner and rolls down to management. Unethical business!"

"Not treat employees as they are now. Eliminate the harsh environment."

"The CFO that hired me appreciated the fact that I caught up all the collections and had time to help others in their duties and for me to do other projects."

"The new CFO appreciated that I kept the collections current, but felt that I was being overpaid to do other duties and help others. So he let me go."

"I have no suggestions for management. They have their way of managing. My suggestions would change the culture of how they want to manage. So, as a former employee, I do not want to comment."
