"I like being multitasking experts. Each person must be cross-trained to have this ship sail successfully."

"There are no regards to employees' health issues. You better be able to show up to work the next day, even if you are suffering from cancer."

"They are a privately held company, thus suggestions are of no use, and management plows ahead solely for their own objectives."

"The sales and office staff were wonderful people. I enjoyed learning about the ins and outs of selling & purchasing cars. A lot of things go on that I would have never thought of."

"Learn to deal with working in a high paced company. People want it done & they want it done yesterday."
What don't you like about working at Honda Motor?
"Management is very stressed out and normally take it out on every on around them. Walked on egg shells a lot and therefore I would go home stressed. Not a healthy environment."
