Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"It's government contracting, so the competition for a position is pretty low as long as you know the fundamentals of what you're talking about; brush up on the basics. Also, don't bother applying if your record isn't fairly clean, security clearances are mandatory and they will put you through the process of getting one if you don't have one already."

What don't you like about working at 42Six Solutions?

"Honestly, the location (Tucson, AZ) and the small, depressing office building... but last I heard they were looking to relocate. The lack of business development was also frustrating, but the company was still pretty young when I started and the CEO and COO were new at the game as well. Lastly, it's government contracting, which means little competition, which leads to just get it to work mentality..."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't skimp on the office! If you want your employees to be happy to come to work everyday, it starts by having a nice, comfortable place for them to come to."
