"Ask about the number of support staff, the number of people that have left, and the reasons people have left and/or terminated."

What don't you like about working at 21st Century Oncology?

"I have several items, but I'll try to limit them as much as possible. 1) They didn't pay for my holidays during the 1st 90 days. 2) They lied to me about my job responsibilities. 3) They didn't hire more people to help me. 4) They expected more from me despite the fact that I was already doing at the minimum 3 jobs and saving the company 2 salaries. 5) They didn't compensate me for doing the extra jobs. 6) They didn't use the current and optimal equipment to prevent possible exposure to chemotherapy. 7) The MDs didn't help or create a better environment for me during crucial periods and when the volume of work was at its highest."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to the worker bees, bc they know the work more than management especially when it deals with clinical work in patient care. The manager must have clinical experience to lead the clinical worker bees else it leads to mismanagement in a grand scale."
