What do you like about working at AutoTrader.com?
"The opportunity was very rewarding, I meet some really great people and shared many great designs ideas that was a benefit to a lot of people. Being that it was only a part time position I was not available for benefits but I made the most of my 3 years there, learned and shared a lot of things."
What don't you like about working at AutoTrader.com?
"The only thing about working for Cox Auto Trader was that there was only part time opportunities. At the time I was also a student obtaining my AA in Graphic Design and my BA in Web."
What do you like about working at Gamepot?
"I love the environment, the quiet workplace and the support and friendship that was built during my employment there. They are extremely hard workers and very understanding with personal needs. I would say this has been my favorite job experience so far."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be prepared to work 48 hours straight. You may never have to, but it will feel like it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I can't think of a single thing. The management ran there department well and was very organized."

"This company has a great environment and gives you a lot of opportunities to grow."

"Ask who you will be reporting to and what product you will be working on."
What do you like about working at Lotus Interworks?
"Opportunity to grow, Fun place to work, Challenges with designing new websites, meet new clients every day."

"they should willing to work hard, with low pay. always agree with the CEO of the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Well, I believe your question is what are my suggestions for the management at lotus. In that case I would say, organized meeting, Agenda for meeting, time frame schedules for projects."
What do you like about working at Tribune Co.?
"It was an extremely positive environment. No one ever threw anybody under the bus but actually helped wherever/whenever it was needed. I had the chance to teach many co-workers how to do what I used to do."

"Almost a great place, but you can't be TOO creative. Run like a 1950's company."
What do you like about working at Sub-Zero Refrigerator?
"The people. Great people, unfortunately, many of the great ones leave after a short while, because of the antiquated business model."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be real, be yourself. If you're a mercenary over-ambitious type, you won't cut it at Sub-Zero for long. Do a good job if hired, and you'll have a job forever, if you want it."
What don't you like about working at Sub-Zero Refrigerator?
"Even the guys pulling CAT5 cable through the floors and ceilings HAVE TO WEAR DRESS SHIRTS AND TIES."

"Take time to find out what your employees thing - empower them. They have a LOT of good ideas."

"Chenega is a great place to work. Challenging, interesting, exciting, stimulating, well-managed, with all the benefits of working for a contractor to the US government!"

"Autonomy - I was given tasks, and left alone, so I could use my processes."

"Be honest, be forward. Let them know what you can do for them - but be ready to deliver. This is a no-BS company!"
What don't you like about working at Chenega?
"There were a couple of middle managers there that didn't seem to see the big picture. They are probably no longer there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire former military men and women for upper management (I think they do this already, though) - Guys like Ray and Dave in Jacksonville, FL."

"Small, family run business. Nice people but no chance for advancement to the executive level."

"Adopt consistent business practices and empower the employees; let them do the jobs they are trained for without interference."

What do you like about working at Bank of America?
"I enjoyed the diversity of my position. The ability to put my skills as an artist, designer, illustrator and videographer kept me fulfilled. I also enjoyed the people that I worked with. The assistance they gave me allowed me to grow as a web designer."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I haven't worked for the combined Countrywide/Bank of America so all I could advise them would be to keep their eyes open."
What don't you like about working at Bank of America?
"One of the biggest things that I didn't like was the dehumanification of their employees. We were mere resources to be used and discarded. Some managers treated you with respect, but they paid dearly with their careers within the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be aware of what your middle managers are doing in your name. For your statements say one thing, but their actions say something completely different."
