"I had the freedom to do what I thought would move the company forward and was able to do that."

"I don't believe Auglink Communications is still in business. Bad management finally caught up with them."

"My boss did not have good business sense and he cost the company money when he shouldn't have."

"I suggested many times that he not do some of the things he was doing."

"Working at Kelly Media did not allow me to voice my opinion on any issues."

"Sarting as a part-time position limits the amount of hours one can work and the chances of moving to full time, and the director referred to it thus; to move to full time with all the slots filled takes an act of god, to advance"

"Add inentives to the partime employees to feel encouraged to hope to gain merit status"

"Web manager - extreme micromanagement - everyone else (colleagues, upper management) were really great people to work with. Refused permanent position 3 months into 6 month contract."

"Wanted more full time of a position eventually and as the market slowed down no jobs where available."
