Middle management could be better. Not a great amount of communication.
When I showed up for my interview, the interviewer didn't know what job I was there for, but he assumed it was to be a climber, which was not either of the 2 jobs I applied to. I also, despite being told a certain amount an hour as ground assembly, was doable, did not get that amount an hour.
I'd avoid this company if you can. It's tolerable, but not by much.
3.5The company has always been in a high growth mode. As such, it has been exciting continually looking for new sites. Unfortunately, the forecast for upgrading to LTE will leave fewer funds for site acquisition.
