"The engineering team values individuals who can work without much oversight. Much of the rote documentation is contracted work, so the value is in making the decision and proving the plan is valid, not correcting the drawings."

"The poject deadlines came too quickly. Most design work was done on a just-in-time basis, so any delay or need for redesign made the whole project suffer."

"Allow more time for development. Allow more time to make sure the project is something the customer really wants. Make sure the project fits the complete scope. Strike down projects that don't fit the complete scope early in the process."

"Working with smart people that have free character. Involved, complex & interesting product to work on. Decent Cafeteria. Fun Christmas party. Usually Plenty of overtime, but no job security for working tons of overtime."

"If you don't mind working lots of overtime, being there early in the morning every day & half hour lunch breaks then this place is for you."

"1/2 hour lunch breaks. Very picky about being there exactly at 7:30am. All take it personally. Living in latex gloves."

"Upper management takes all the money & will pay meager wages to their hardest workers that work 7 days a week for weeks. When things just start to get slow they start letting people go no matter how many 7 day weeks they worked or how many years they've been there. The top CEO makes millions & some of his job duties are having lunch with big politicians. I've never seen him at the place on a Sunday."
