"Be wary of a company that doesn't let you leave the building when you stop in to check on you application. They are usually desperate to hire."

"They start production and operations team members at minimum wage and they usually get less than a quarter raise at their one year review which makes it very hard to keep good people."

"Don't blow off suggestions from employees, they are looking to make the place better not just cut into your profits."
