"The leadership in this company is very poor with poor communication, micro management and no tolerance for mistakes. Lay-offs are rampant and come out of the blue, one day an employee is there working hard and the next day they are gone with no warning, this has happened multiple times. Private Investment firm micro manages at every level of the organization, I've never seen anything like it. There appears to be lots of backstabbing and employees talking behind each other's back. Leadership will easily tell you one thing and do something totally different. Work/life balance is non existent with no recognition for hard work only more work. Pay was good but benefits are very expensive unless you are a single person."
