3.7 As of 2014, the company continues to be a leader in our space. However, there are growing pains as a result of the changes in the industry and our efforts to adapt and scale to it. The majority of management has good intentions though it's obvious they are all struggling to manage growth, changes, and integration efforts while staying focused on their day-to-day jobs (operations and management).

4 I have worked with TelePacific for over half a year. I can say the income earning potential is great if you are willing to wait. My previous employer the commission structure was not that great but got paid at end of the following month. Here at TelePacific, you could possibly be waiting months, and one specific instance almost a whole year for a particular co-worker. Other than that, great work environment and involvement from executives is great and motivating.

3.2 I worked for TelePacific for 6 months. They are a good company that is prepared to move into the future. They have a good slate of products and services. They have a bit of growth to do in the Texas Market in order to be as competitive as they want to be but otherwise they are stable and good for the long haul.
