I would suggest that they reduce the Houston Division to just a sales office and farm out the plant operations to Lufkin Gear Corp, a competitor north of Houston.

1.7 Mentors don't have time to train you but expect you to get the job done. Very bad mentors. Overall it is a very bad company to work for if you're an innovative person and have a neck for learning and doing something new.
