"You have to really like doing the work, because you won't be highly paid. You don't get to take a lot of time off, due to the low amount of hours given to the stores."

"The pay for internal promotions is much lower than outside hires. Bonuses are much lower than other retailers. The company does not conduct random or pre-employment drug screening. The cost for medical insurance is very high."

"Start drug screening, and pay competitive wages for internal promotions."

"I love coming in to work every day because I get to meet new people every day, as well as deal with different situations needing different resolutions. The customers are the reason I go in to work with a smile on my face."

"Every store has different growth opportunities. It is based on the GM and what becomes available at that specific store."

"There is not enough of a challenge in my position."

"There is always a new way of doing things, and every day I would see what can be done differently, to try and better my company every day. I would take ideas and suggestions from the people that work the front line, because I have come to realize that the people you have on the front line usually have the best ideas."

"Streamline processes. There are far too many people doing multiple processes - an incredible amount of rework."
