"I’ve worked for Paradigm Inc. since February of 2019. I have found the people in this company are wonderful. It is a diverse environment with the best intentions. The pay is not ideal, the pay schedule is hard to manage, and the hours are very long. They do sometimes(mainly in the production area), mandate overtime with little to no notice ahead of time."
