McMurry Employee

"I've worked with McMurry/TMG for the past 8 plus years. During that time frame, we have been recognized as a Best Places to Work Institute for 7 consecutive years. Just recently we merged with another company which I perceive to be the reason for falling off the list last year. What I like best about McMurry/TMG is by far the people and the culture. Everyone is given the power and tools to become the best."

What don't you like about working at McMurry?

"Not a technology shop, despite what they claim. Very poor coding, technology, and security practices. Management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"You can't manage employees if you're never there and have no idea what's going on. Develop a working relationship with them rather than treat them as disposable."
