"I've been working at McDonalds since May 2010. My overall review of the company is that it provides a backbone for team work and in a fast paced environment."

What do you like about working at McDonald's?

"I like the teamwork at McDonald's! I like the attitude with other workers and free manager meals!!!"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The job is easy and fun. Working partners are great, but at times seems like it is being wasted on times when you are not serving anybody!"

What don't you like about working at McDonald's?

"The office is not thinking about employees at all, and not even talking about marketing. It's like new stuff is being already sold but no materials or posters are even being made. Marketing is totally crap. It is impossible to ask somebody from the office to help with something because we are the lowest layer of workers, but hey, they are in a warm office and they have nothing to worry about but papers!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Mainly I would make more aims for people working there. Otherwise, their work becomes pretty routine. You stop seeing any way to grow up!"

"A very fast paced environment, and a very friendly environment, good for the first job, there is a possibility to move up to manager level. Managers are usually very nice. and you will eventually burn out. But as I said, good for the first job."

"I've worked for McDonald's for almost 9 months now and at first it was great. But I never planned on working there forever. I made some friends while working there an it was an amazing experience. It is a very stressful atmosphere and like a factory job, if you cant work fast and move fast your going to fall behind. Wanted to participate in mcopportunities from archways there. But with covid19 I was unable to. So it is a good time for me personally to look for something thats more suited to what I want in a job, rather then just working for a paycheck. Or working towards a goal that just seems to keep moving out of grasp."
