"Some of the people there had attitudes, I guess because they do not want to work there."

"Bring in people who really want to be there, and not people with attitudes."

"I've worked for Mcdonald's since 2013. The company has achieved growth throughout my years here, purchasing the Baton Rouge locations from the Valuzzo's and expanding. The company prides itself on great customer service and promoting from within, which is great!"

"Honesty is important wherever you interview, and also being flexible."

What don't you like about working at McDonald's?

"There is no growth potential at McDonald's, and I am at the point of my career where growth is important."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Time management is everything. You need to be able to balance what's important in life, such as family. Working hard is very important especially in your career path, but don't forget the other important things."

"The suggestions I have are too little, too late. The project has since closed down."

"I used the following skills in this position: inventory management, people practices, planned and daily maintenance, safety and security, training, business planning, crew/management scheduling, and internal communications. I was responsible for all controllable P&L lines with an emphasis on food cost and payroll, sales increases, and mystery shops."

What don't you like about working at McDonald's?

"I dislike filling out a lot of books in the store and it not needed."

"Make the right ideal for the company to make the sales increase."
