"Map Communications knows that what makes their company strong is the hard work, dedication and team player mentality. You are only as good as the lowest team member on the totem pole. Map Communications has create a strong value system and employee loyalty by becoming a 100% Employee Owned company. Being a virtual answering service means that the company on a whole is judged by the voice the client's hear over the phone. This will make or break a company. Knowing this, Map devotes extensive time and money into making their employees the best they can be. This is reinforced with continue ongoing state-of-the art training. When a client becomes a customer they are all treated the same whether it is a national conglomerate or a start-up company. Everyone starts somewhere."
"This company has been in decline since 2010. They set ridiculous performance and quality expectations. For instance, on many accounts, you are required to read scripting that does not apply to the call making you, and the company you are representing, sound less then intelligent."
