"My manager once told me that my job is NOT customer service, it's sales; and that I was being too nice to my customers."

"Actually teach new associates what they need to know instead of just throwing them in there, and focus on the customers and what they want more than making the company more money and being pushy about sales."

"The interaction with clients and the products we sell. The benefits we have as a company employee."

"Working weekends I would say is the only negative side."

"My suggestion to management is to learn a little more about our product."

"Not enough hours, seasonal employees have less hours and also treated differently, lenient on opening accounts."

"Hire less, to create more hours for people, take it easy and understand that some sales associates need more hours."

"How I was treated when I asked for some time off when I had a family vacation for two weeks and was left go."

"The fact that management don't care about the sales associates who work truly hard. It's more about their bonus than the people under them."

"I would suggest more efficient scheduling, a show of gratitude for a job well done, and be a good listener and observer more so than a dictator."
