The company culture has taken a view of valuing and rewarding employees for loyalty and performance, while driving innovation in the Small Business Direct Install industry. Unfortunately, due to a corporate purchase two years ago, this culture has changed dramatically, with long standing Lime employees treated as substandard and disposable in merging teams and business units."
