"Freedom to work flexible schedule. Ability to contribute to what work the company receives."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Take what is told to you with a grain of salt. Management is egocentric and likes to be stroked. They are self appointed mentors but don't necessarily have the qualifications fill that role. If you challege ambiguity, they tend to claim to be encouragers as an excuse to tell an untruth. The company can be fun to work for if you watch your step and your back."
What don't you like about working at Lewis Innovative Technologies?
"Management is unprofessional and does not put forth a professional front to customers. Company too dependent on Good-ole-boy philosophy to obtain work. Management would praise employees to their face and then talke very negatively behind their back."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be up front with employees, do not lie, don't talk about them in front of peers in a negative light. Don't be so hypocritical. Do what you say you will."

"Small company, opportunity for responsibility, good pay and benefits, exposure to high tech products."

"Take everything told to you with a grain of salt. Never get too comfortable in your job. To get ahead requires placing the boss on a pedestal. Ooh and ah over the boss' accomplishments and you can succeed."
What don't you like about working at Lewis Innovative Technologies?
"Management never quite felt comfortable turning complete control of a project to employees. Employees were touted as great, unless they left the company and then were touted as never having done anything right. Management was not hesitant to lie to your face, while presenting themselves as model leaders and mentors. Frequently had to fight for sufficient resources with other managers and the bosses projects always took top priority regardless of importance. Also, the only time input from employees was solicited was when a negative decisions was to be made."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Put forth a more professional appearance. Organize the workplace. Be honest with the employees."
