"I didn't like the lack of communication from the owner of the company. There was little guidance regarding expectations and that made it difficult to meet guidelines that weren't communicated."

"Communicate, communicate, communicate. Talk with your staff and don't allow the natural distance of a virtual environment to fester."

"I enjoyed the fast pace of the holidays. I also enjoyed helping children find what they wanted. It was truly a place where you could feel like a kid."

"Be yourself and don't be nervous. If you don't like kids, this job isn't for you."

"This was a second job that I only did during the holidays. I was usually very tired by the end of the day."

"You work on average 10 to 12 hours a day in the office and another 2 to 4 hours at home everyday."
