"Make it apparent that you're good at selling stuff. Just knowing how to operate a cash register isn't going to cut it. Must be good with people, so to speak."

"Biggest down side was that the nature of the job simply required a different skill set than what I specialize in. My engineering/programming skills would go to waste if I continued to work there."

"Management was very competent overall. If anything, I would suggest hiring more employees so there's less hassle when trying to cover all business hours of the store."
